520 Ash is a 24-story mixed-use tower that was constructed on the northwest corner of Columbia and Ash in Little Italy. The building includes 5 levels of underground parking, 4,943 square feet of commercial space at ground level, 3 additional levels of above-ground parking, and 19 levels of residential units. A rooftop common area features a pool and outdoor space for residences. The project site is located at 520 W. Ash Street, previously the site of a 3-story office building.
