Twining is very excited to announce and congratulate Mariel Attento Rhorer, who has been promoted to Vice President of Client Development. In her new role, she will be overseeing all sales performance across the company and subsidiaries. Mariel first led the expansion of Twining in Sacramento by branding the previously unknown Twining in the region, earning trust with clients, and helped to grow a team of local staff. As part of a strategic growth initiative, she went on to open a Bay Area branch office to obtain market share in that region. She currently oversees Twining’s continued growth throughout the state and within the Twining Companies.
Mariel has had a presence in the civil engineering industry for over 15 years as a member of the American Public Works Association and other professional organizations. In her previous role with Carollo Engineers, she was responsible for growing regional markets by cultivating market presence, developing relationships, crafting proposal content, and carrying out contract negotiations. Mariel earned Twining’s Spirit of Twining Award in 2018.
